Hotel staff are very kind and friendly. Their continetal breakfast guality is good. They have Wi-fi connecting system in all of the room.

The staff is very nice and welcoming to all guests. the suite had a higher ceiling and chic decoration. - the location is great and beautiful, near two main stations with easy access to a market and a bakery. - It is very convenient to Paris dans la tête Mural for exploring the city.

Hotel was fairly clean and stylish with accommodating staff and stunning location handy to rail station. Location: the property was right by Gare du Nord, gare de lest and other metro stops, and bus stop.

Poor service efficiency. Room is small & old. The price is not very satisfied & breakfast not included. I don't know why this hotel have an average score of more than 6. I'm disappointed when I arrived the hotel.

No drinking water. Wifi not working. Very old fitting n furniture. One can get a better hotel than this at the price it charged.

It is located 5 minutes away by foot from Gare du Nord and then easily accessible by metro, busses and trains. The rooms are renovated recently and the bathroom/shower are very clean.
The bathrooms in some rooms are very small.
